Kevin Jodrey is one of the most well-known cultivators in Humboldt County, CA. Kevin has forged a global reputation as a cannabis matter expert with an emphasis on cultivation and genetics. With a career that spans four decades, Kevin is one of the few legacy cultivators that successfully transitioned to the legal market.
Kevin holds multiple licenses and is involved in several businesses in the cannabis space. He owns and operates Port Royal, a visually stunning, licensed, mountain-top farm. He is a partner in Cookies Humboldt operations and the One Log House Complex. Kevin is also the co-mastermind of The Ganjier, a Cannabis Sommelier Certification Program, now becoming a well respected program creating an entirely new class of cannabis professionals powered by Green Flower Media, the global leader in education.
Kevin has worked as a consultant on cannabis operations in Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Israel and in many states of the United States and currently on an APAC project.
When Kevin isn’t actively working to further the modern cannabis movement, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Harvey brings 25 years of management, operations, and distribution experience. Mr. Harvey has managed leading companies like Kroger, Southern Wine & Spirits, and Young’s Market Company. Mr. Harvey brings extensive knowledge in warehouse liquor distribution, compliance, and supply chain management principles as well as cannabis. Michael has led 550 personnel, $100M budgets, and $1B in procurement and inventory control.
His expertise is strategy and business development projects from the ground-up which led Michael to develop and implement the business plan for River Distributing Co, LLC (RVRDC), the first permitted cannabis distributor generating nearly $30M.
As co-founder, Michael influenced MMRSA legislation language for the distributor model and transport and was instrumental in the concept to start-up across all departments.

Business Development
James Reego is a business owner, real estate developer and CPA. With over 25 years of experience running his family’s seven La-Z-Boy branded furniture stores, he manages the company using disciplined business practices.
He first started his career as a young entrepreneur by opening a successful video arcade with three partners while still in high school. Reego went on to earn a BS in accounting from Indiana University, passed the CPA exam (on his first attempt) and worked as an auditor for Ernst and Whinney (now commonly known as Ernst Young or “EY”) in Chicago, IL.
After moving to California in 1987, Jim worked for La-Z-Boy, Inc. as a manufacturer’s representative before he and his wife Elizabeth acquired the Sacramento area stores from previous owners in the family.
Jim has been involved in other start-up ventures over the years and enjoys the creative process of developing a new business.
Chief Procurement Officer
William Pedro became involved in cannabis in 1999 and has been in the medical marijuana industry for the past eleven years. William initially served at one of California’s first dispensaries at the Humboldt Patient Resources Center in Arcata California. He then helped co-found the first cannabis nursery in the nation at Wonderland Nursery in Garberville, California.
Mr. Pedro has been instrumental in many projects that helped push the cannabis industry forward from co-creating the “Golden Tarp Award” and “The Seed Series” to helping co-found The Ganjier, a cannabis sommelier program that is powered by Green Flower Media.
When he is not working he is enjoying his family by the river and gardening delicious food.
Chief Operations Officer
Ray Gonzales brings an extensive background in management and leadership. He has expertise in hiring, training, developing and managing large numbers of employees in a fast-paced retail environment. His 37-year career with one corporation reflects his sense of loyalty and dedication to hard work. Ray has a very strong work ethic, highlighted by his dedication throughout his career.
Over the course of his career, Ray earned numerous awards and acknowledgements for his excellence in management and leadership. He served on numerous special projects and committees, helping to shape his company’s culture, policies and goals. These included customer service, human resources, inventory control, merchandising and setting productivity standards. His stores consistently operated in the top 10 percent in productivity throughout his tenure.
The company became the largest privately-owned supermarket chain in the nation when they doubled in size through an acquisition of 138 stores. Following the acquisition, Ray was chosen as one of 10 store supervisors to train the new management team about the culture and operations of his company.
In 2016, Ray developed five separate cannabis farms and received temporary licensing from the state before Calaveras County banned cultivation in June of 2018. This led to w

Chief Marketing Officer
Music industry veteran Arnie Wohl has over thirty years of experience as a record executive, manager, and record promoter for artists like Madonna, Michael Jackson, Billy Joel, The Rolling Stones, U2, Paula Abdul, Coldplay and many more.
Alongside music, Arnie delved into television. He served as creator and executive producer of the weekly TV series "Disco Magic" and syndicated it to 75 U.S. cities and 67 countries.
Wohl has managed top 10 billboard charting music artists and one voice actress. He has most recently focused on expanding his wife, Randy Thomas’s, legendary voice over career. Thomas became the first woman in history to announce the Oscars (and has now voiced them 10 times) and is currently the voice of ABC Nightline every weeknight.
Together, this married couple created The Music Connection Podcast in 2017 with over 100 episodes and counting. Arnie is currently poised to take on the evolving Cannabis industry with his team!

Kati Mac’s work experience over the last twenty years has positioned her to join and strategically be a part of growing several successful disruptive silicon valley startups with multi-million dollar acquisitions with companies such as Ebay, Cisco, Solar Winds, etc.
She had the opportunity to study abroad and graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2005, resided in Auckland, New Zealand for almost 10 years running her own business. Advised clients such as BMW, MINI Copper, Merek, Bacardi (42Below), Kim Crawford, PlayStation, and more.
Over the last three years she entered the disruptive green market to offer her ability to quickly network, grow businesses, develop systems and close deals.
Her forte is catalyzing strategic partnerships and developing internal operating procedures, while defining objectives to gain market share, while maximizing profitability and mitigating risks.
Ms Mac has managed projects remotely for most of her career living by the sea enjoying the outdoors internationally and in the Bay area. She has a passion for wellness and created Nutrimental Health, Wise Guide Living.
She is determined to collaborate and craft products for the Uplifted catalog, which aim to focus on the compassionate care and well-being industry .
